Each state listed indicates there is also a state level association. If you reside in any of the listed states, membership also includes the state level membership. You must select your state. If your state is not listed, select "At Large". If you are At Large and an LPN/LVN, your membership type below will be Individual. Only LPN/LVNs not residing in a state listed can select the Individual rate. However, any At Large member can affiliate with a state association by selecting the state and selecting the "Active" membership type. This will include you in your neighboring state association as well as national. Military and International Members must select "At Large" from the State Association list. See the membership breakdown or contact NFLPN if you are unsure of your State Association or membership type.
