All states listed have affiliate state associations within NFLPN. All NFLPN Members residing in the states that are not on the list may affiliate with any State Association close to them or simply retain only NFLPN (At Large) membership. Membership type	Annual fee	Description
ACTIVE (Per capita)	$100.00	Active - A practical/vocation nurse who holds a current license issued by any State in the United States that resides in one of the state affiliations listed above.
RETIRED	$65.00	Retired - An LP/VN who has achieved retirement age or has retired due to disability may become a retired member with a reduction in annual dues.
MILITARY	$70.00	Military – A practical/vocational nurse that is presently a service member in the U.S. Armed Services.
STUDENT	$25.00	Student - A student enrolled in an approved school of practical/vocational nursing. Upon obtaining licensure, renewal will change to Active or Individual accordingly.
AFFILIATE	$60.00	Affiliate - Someone who is not a licensed practical nurse but who is interested in promoting the objectives of NFLPN.
INTERNATIONAL	$70.00	International – A practical/vocational nurse who holds a current license issued and lives in a Territory or Possession of the United Sates or by any Province or Territory of Canada.
INDIVIDUAL (at large)	$70.00	Individual – A practical/vocational nurse who holds a current license issued by a state in the U.S. that resides in a state without affiliation listed above.
