NFLPN Education Foundation Certification Program

As of May 8, 2013, the NFLPN Education Foundation has their own department! Please see below for the new contact information. The forms on your right have been updated as well. NFLPN Central Office is still working hand-in-hand with NFLPN Education Foundation, so any items previously sent to the NC address will be swiftly forwarded to the NY address.

Please note, the initial certification fee for Gerontology or IV Therapy will increase to $275 as of August 1, 2013.

The NFLPN Education Foundation offers IV Therapy and Gerontology Certification by examination for LPN/LVNs possessing the knowledge and skills necessary to complete patient care tasks associated with these specialties. Certification is valid for two years and recertification is available. Please read the full program information for requirements.

Current members of NFLPN receive a discounted certification rate.

NFLPN Members have access to free CEs online that satisfy continuing education requirements for recertification. Please visit our Become a Member page for membership details.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing of each step. (application approval, CD mailing, proctor mailing, exam scoring and certification mailing)
