Welcome to the On-Line
Discussion service provided
to members of the National Federation of Licensed Practical
Nurses, Inc.! The purpose of this service is to create an avenue
by which licensed practical/vocational nurses, practical nurse
educators, and practical nursing students may use the message
board to interact with other professionals concerning issues
of concern in their work or educational settings. NFLPN is
merely a distributor of these messages. Consequently, that
puts more responsibility on you the author; therefore, NFLPN
asks that you adhere to the following terms:
|
- The On-Line Discussion discourages anonymous postings
because the discussion is not moderated and the author
of a message is the only one responsible for the posted
message. This means that you must be identified to readers
of that message.
- Respect the rights of others. Do not do anything to injure
or harm others. Users are expected to exercise both common
sense and courtesy in the messages they transmit over the
service. You agree not to post or publish on or over the
service any message or material:
- which violates any laws or infringes upon the rights
of others;
- which is or is likely to be perceived by an intended
recipient or target as, defamatory, deceptive, misleading,
abusive, profane, offensive or inappropriate;
- which constitutes a threat to, harassment of, or stalking
of another; or
- which violates the right of privacy or other right
of any person.
|
The desire of NFLPN is that you will enjoy using
this service to interact with other professionals and colleagues
in the practical nursing field concerning issues you need to
share regarding work-related issues, practice issues, educational
topics, or just to communicate with others in the same work
environment.
