Rue Education Workshops are Coming
to your Town! |
| The
purpose of the workshop is to teach you… step by step… exactly
how to earn your fully accredited RN through
independent study. Rue will do a free evaluation
on any previous college credit which you
may have and explain the process…from
your first course until you sit State Boards.
Rue's Workshop Directors will outline it
for you and be happy to answer any questions
which you may have.
Most
importantly…you will also
have the opportunity to examine the Rue
Directed Study Guides and the textbooks
which come included. When you see the format
and the laser focus of the Rue materials,
you'll understand the extensive amount
of research Rue does …. so that
you won't have to! These are just some
of the reasons that Rue is the only company
endorsed by the NFLPN and its constituent
states!
Limited room available - first come, first
serve. All LPN workshop attendees automatically
entered in the Rue quarterly scholarship
drawing. (Value up to $4500.00)

The Maryland Licensed
Practical Nurse Association, Inc.
meets twice a year and sends delegates
to National Federation of Licensed
Practical Nurse Association Convention
once a year. The MLPNA Executive
Board meets every other month.
Message from the
President of MLPNA:
The Executive Board
of the MLPNA would like to extend
a welcome to each one of you. The
MLPNA is what we make it…together.
For success you need to participate
and let your voice be heard. Yes,
we all have families and a home life,
but MLPNA only has two meetings a
year. It doesn't take a lot of time
to become involved and it's so important
to our profession. Make yourself
known and share your talents to help
the MLPNA grow. We are hoping you
will take an active role and be willing
to volunteer or serve on committees
when needed. We look forward to working

Other Notes from
WALPN ...
The WALPN has a quarterly
newsletter called "Capnotes",
which keeps you current on State
and National issues.
A message from the
WALPN President:
"Congratulations
to you on your interest in YOUR professional
association. There are over 20,000
LPNs in the State of Wisconsin, and
WE need to have a voice and vote
in any legislation that will affect
us. Becoming a member of the WALPN
guarantees us this voice, and vote,
on both State and National levels.
Over the
past 30 years the WALPN has seen
other State Associations and Senate
Bills try to eliminate the LPN…However,
WALPN has been successful TWICE
in defeating this action.
Let's continue to
stick together, and grow in our profession
of Licensed Practical Nursing. BECOME
A MEMBER TODAY! We would love to
hear from you.
